Dr. Spencer is a Board Certified Dermatologist and Cosmetic Surgeon. He completed his dermatology residence at Ohio State University in 1993 and a Cosmetic Surgery and MOHS Surgery Fellowship in Arkansas in 1994. Dr. Spencer and his wife Donna have three sons. He enjoys golf, church activities and spending time with friends and family.

Ashley received her Masters of Nursing from Gardner-Webb University. Ashley has a Bachelors in Health Education from Appalachian State University. She has over 12 years of experience working in healthcare. She enjoys serving clients and helping them reach their goals. In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys.

Bethany received her Masters degree in Medical Science from Physician Assistant Program at Wake Forest in 2010. She received her undergraduate degree from NC State. She has over 10 years of experience as a PA-C. Bethany enjoys educating patients on overall well-being. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and her four children.
